Huawei Italy invites driven graduates and students to join its Graduate Program as a Junior IP Telecommunications Network Engineer (Intern). This on-site internship runs for 6 months in Milan, with a direct offer for full-time employment upon successful completion.

You will work with Datacom (IP) technologies, gain hands-on experience, and be mentored by industry experts. The program starts with a monthly salary of €1,000 gross and meal vouchers to support daily expenses.

About The Role & Program

You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands‑on experience in Datacom (IP) technologies, and transition directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Delivery: Plan, design, and implement B2B delivery solutions for Datacom (IP) domain products.
• Deployment & Integration: Install, configure, commission, and integrate high-performance telecommunications equipment.
• Network Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fine-tune network configurations to maximize stability and performance.
• Technical Support & Client Engagement: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve technical issues, support project rollouts, and drive technology adoption.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.
• Technical Passion: Strong foundational knowledge of network architecture and mobile domain technologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.
• Languages: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
