K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for our AI-driven initiatives in Italy. You will work hands-on across software, AI integrations, and customer deployments to deliver production-grade solutions.

Based in Milan or Rome with hybrid work (4 days in the office), you’ll translate customer needs into scalable technical designs and directly collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical role.
• Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, systems and data flows.
• Experience building, deploying and maintaining production systems.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business and technical challenges.
• Translate complex and ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions and integrations.
• Work across APIs, systems and data flows to connect customer environments.
