Florence Bilingual School in Florence is seeking an experienced ECA Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of the extracurricular programme, including after-school activities, sports, clubs, visits, residential trips and camps.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will ensure engaging, safe, well-organised and financially sustainable programmes, drive participation, manage logistics and budgets, and build strong relations with staff and families.

• Experience in admissions, enrolment, account management, business development, contract negotiation, or supplier management would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages such as Chinese desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the development, promotion and day-to-day delivery of the school's extracurricular programme, including after-school activities, sports, clubs, educational visits, residential trips and camps.
• Work closely with the Business Manager to ensure programmes are engaging, safe, well-organised and financially sustainable.
• Be the main point of contact for families, driving participation and enhancing the student experience.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, monitor performance and build relationships with staff and external partners.
• Plan, administer and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality enrichment opportunities for student development and parent satisfaction.
