EDITION Hotels in Rome is seeking a maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and systems at our property. You will calibrate controls, locate shut-off valves, and manage parts stock while ensuring safety and guest service standards.

You will also assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff, while following all safety policies and maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

Competenze

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and replace tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and identify shut-off valves.
• Enter and locate work information using computers and maintain records.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and confidentiality; respond to guest repair requests.
