Prime Engineering Italy, part of Prime Group, is seeking an IT Recruiter for the Milan team to own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT professionals across Italy. This in‑office role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top engineers to clients within an outsourcing environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in recruitment, strong Italian and English skills, and excellent communication. Prime offers structured career growth, mentorship, and a bonus per placement.

Competenze

• 1–5 years in recruitment or HR, IT or outsourcing environments.
• Fluency in Italian and working level of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering IT roles across disciplines.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies and motivation.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline for immediate and future client needs.
• Act as a key contact for hiring managers and clients, translating requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in Italy.
• Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.
• Support employer branding to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice.
