Job summary

Moog Industrial Group seeks an Engineering Director EM to lead engineering delivery across Power Screws, Motors & Drives within Integrated Control Solutions. The role oversees multi-site teams in Italy, India and the US, delivering robust, compliant electromechanical products.

Based in Malnate, with hybrid work and potential relocation to Casella or Presezzo, this position focuses on engineering strategy, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Significant engineering leadership experience within multi-site product development.
Strong background in electromechanical product development (motors, drives, actuators, motion-control).
Proven ability to translate product strategy into engineering priorities and execution.
Experience working with Product Management, Operations, Quality in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Own engineering delivery across the Power Screws, Motors & Drives portfolio.
Own the engineering development roadmap, resource strategy and cross-site operating model.
Lead and develop engineering managers and technical teams across locations.
Own engineering capacity planning, workload management and budget execution.
Lead design reviews, milestones and risk management activities.
