Greentalent is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive multi-disciplinary coordination for EP/EPC projects in anaerobic digestion. You will lead engineers to meet time, cost, and quality goals, shaping interfaces and managing outsourcing to ensure workload stability.

You will collaborate with Site & Commissioning, Application Engineering, and stakeholders to assess feasibility and deliver results that support circular economy and renewable energy outcomes.

Competenze

• Leadership and people management experience in large EPC/EP projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to plan resources, outsourcing and schedules to prevent overruns.

• Assign tasks to engineers based on workload and competencies.
• Foster flawless interaction among engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Empower Project Engineers as coordinators for engineering tasks.
• Oversee internal and outsourced resource planning to avoid idle time and budget overruns.
• Provide regular progress reporting to the Director of Project Execution.
• Collaborate with construction and BoP feasibility teams to align engineering with site tasks.
• Promote proactive, conflict-aware work environment.
