CATL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for overseas energy storage projects. The role focuses on coordinating with UK customers, preparing critical meetings, and ensuring cross-department collaboration to deliver ESS initiatives.

You will lead program teams, manage schedule, quality, cost, and risk, and mentor the onsite PM team to enhance capabilities. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in project management with preference for overseas experience and familiarity with ESS

Competenze

Experience: At least 3 years of PM experience.
Overseas working experience is preferred.
Familiar with ESS project business mode and development.

Mansioni

Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in UK to identify needs and explore high-value projects.
Assist account PM in coordinating and preparing critical meetings and highlighting customer-side issues.
Enhance coordination for multiple customer contact windows and strengthen face-to-face communication management.
Coordinate internal resources with account PMs to define qualification and engagement.
Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments to ensure commissioning and after-sales progress and resolve cross-department issues.
Establish program team, initiate and lead the program, and manage schedule, quality, cost and risk.
Manage the onsite PM team with training to improve capability.
