RINA is recruiting for an Energy Project Support Advisor - Categorie Protette to join its Genoa office within the RINA Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.

The role provides operational and administrative support to Project Managers with a focus on invoicing, progress reporting (SAL), and credit recovery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing. Fluency in English and strong Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Economics will be a plus.
• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience in accounting and finance departments of large companies, preferably engineering.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and monthly/quarterly monitoring activities.
• Pro-active customer focused approach.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, and manage progress reports (SAL) to support customer billing and project reporting.
• Create and issue draft invoices, credit notes, and related documentation through company systems and portals.
• Monitor invoicing process, ensuring contractual compliance and deadlines.
• Support credit recovery by monitoring receivables and following up with stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing, collections, and project documentation.
• Interact with Project Managers, Finance teams, customers, partners, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate billing and cash collection.
