A leading energy solutions provider is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and execute energy projects across the EMEA region. This role involves managing contractors, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating with various teams for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of construction management experience. This position offers a hybrid working model based in Milan, Italy, with a focus on ambitious project goals and team collaboration.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or similar roles.
• Experience in multidisciplinary energy or electrical projects.

Mansioni

• Manage construction and general contractors during project execution.
• Lead GCO tendering processes and prepare tender documentation.
• Assess and mitigate construction-related risks throughout the project.
