Sonnedix is seeking an Associate E&C Project Manager in Milan to support permitting, contracting, engineering, procuring, constructing and commissioning of large-scale renewable plants across Italy. The role involves coordinating with EPCs and grid operators, ensuring milestones and budgets are met, and driving quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering and Construction for Italy, you will help manage multiple projects, maintain stakeholder relationships, and contribute to

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Interest in developing contract negotiation skills, with strong written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with the Italian renewable market and grid connection procedures, with a foundational understanding of project management principles.
• Interest in using or developing digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity.

Mansioni

• Support permitting, contracting, engineering, procuring, constructing and commissioning of large-scale renewables in Italy.
• Assist review of contractor documentation and monitor timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Build relationships with EPCs, grid operators and government entities, and keep cross-functional teams informed of project information.
• Monitor, analyze and report on performance and incidents during plant construction and commissioning.
