Job summary

RINA invites applications for an Asset Reliability Engineer in Rome within the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division. You will drive reliability-centred maintenance strategies, manage detailed RAM analyses, and author technical publications and training materials.

The role requires about 5 years in asset maintenance, familiarity with MAROS/BlockSim, and leadership with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of asset maintenance management experience.
• Proficiency in RAM analyses and MAROS/BlockSim or similar tools is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities for junior engineers.
• Knowledge of industry standards governing asset maintenance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM Programme Development and identify critical equipment for maintenance strategies.
• Manage technical documentation covering specifications, procedures, calculations and reports.
• Perform RAM studies to identify improvements and reduce downtime risks.
• Develop and deliver training and publications sharing asset reliability expertise.
• Own assigned tasks, meet timelines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
