Job summary

Alstom in Italy seeks a RAMS Engineer to ensure rolling-stock products are safe, reliable and efficient. You lead RAMS deployment across tender and delivery phases, coordinating with engineering, sourcing, customers and authorities.

The role requires independent thinking and strong collaboration, with expert knowledge of RAMS methodologies and data-driven analysis. You will define RAMS processes, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement with innovative tools.

Qualifications

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, energy & nuclear engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the RAMS process for rolling-stock projects.
• Be the point of contact for RAMS topics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage RAMS activities and work-packages.
• Support design of technical solutions meeting RAMS performance and regulations.
• Advise other functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Use data-oriented and predictive tools to deliver RAMS analyses.
• Propose innovative tools and methods to monitor and improve RAMS.
