Hitachi Rail S.p.A. is seeking a Maintenance Field Engineer to support RAM data collection, vehicle configuration management, and condition-based maintenance initiatives in Naples, Italy.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to contract requirements. The successful candidate will perform RAMS analysis, assist in maintenance optimization, and provide technical documentation and training as needed.

Competenze

• Experience (3-5 years) in railway maintenance or related field.
• Ability to perform RAMS analysis and maintenance planning.
• Vehicle system diagnosis and interpretation of technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel/short trips for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Collect RAM data and define data records per contractual requirements.
• Manage vehicle configuration changes with traceable status.
• Operate and interpret RAM data from MRX/PanMon/Gotcha systems for maintenance.
• Provide performance analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support maintenance bids, budgets, and provisioning based on RAM analyses.
• Prepare depot tools specifications and coordinate installation and testing.
• Train team members and customers as needed.
