Bracco Imaging S.p.A. is seeking an Energy Asset & Project Manager to lead the management of energy generation assets, with a focus on cogeneration and photovoltaic plants, and to drive decarbonisation and resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in energy, electrical, mechanical or management engineering, physics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical, financial and regulatory management of industrial energy assets or projects.
• Ability to develop feasibility analyses, business cases and CAPEX/OPEX assessments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• EGE certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office; data analysis and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor technical and financial performance of energy assets, analyse variances and coordinate with sites.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for energy assets (CAR, ETS, GSE, ARERA, Customs, Terna, E-Distribuzione).
• Develop feasibility analyses and business cases for new energy projects.
• Support projects during implementation, grid connections and metering installations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
• Prepare concise periodic reports to support management decisions.
