Job summary

ACM Staffing represents a leading renewable energy client seeking a Senior Project Manager & Responsabile Tecnico to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects in Italy, including solar PV, storage, and O&M. The role combines project management with formal nomination as Responsabile Tecnico under D.M.

37/2008, FER, and CEI norms. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety, compliance, budgets, and timely completion, and you must travel within Italy.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Energy/ Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Professional qualifications permitting RT nomination under D.M. 37/2008 for electrical/renewables firm.
• Renewable energy systems or grid integration specialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from award to handover to operations.
• Define scope, schedules, and milestones aligned with client needs and grid constraints.
• Control budgets, cash flow, and contingencies; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders (clients, EPCs, subcontractors, DSOs/TSOs).
• Oversee tendering and management of subcontractors ensuring HSE and regulatory alignment.
• Provide regular progress, risk, cost, quality, HSE, KPI reporting.
• Act as technical reference and signatory for D.M. 37/2008 activities.
• Ensure compliance with CEI/IEC norms, grid codes, and regional regulations.
• Verify personnel/subcontractor qualifications and training.
