Bracco, a leading healthcare group, seeks an Energy Asset & Project Manager to oversee regulatory and performance aspects of energy assets, including cogeneration and photovoltaic plants, and to drive decarbonisation and resilience initiatives.

You will coordinate diverse teams, develop feasibility analyses, manage budgets, and report findings to management; Italian and English proficiency required; 30-40% travel; permanent role with CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico salary base plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical or Management Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical, financial and regulatory management of industrial energy assets or projects.
• Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor technical and financial performance of energy assets, analyzing variances against targets and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for renewable and non-renewable assets (CAR, ETS, ARERA, Terna, etc.).
• Develop technical and financial feasibility analyses and business cases for new energy projects.
• Support energy projects during implementation, grid connections, metering, and energy infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to meet project objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Prepare concise periodic reports to support management decision-making.
