An international renewable energy company based in Milan seeks an Asset Management Specialist to support governance and optimization of asset management processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the power industry along with a technical background in management engineering. Excellent communication, project management skills, and proficiency in energy market dynamics are key requirements. Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the power industry.
• In-depth understanding of O&M activities and related QHSE duties.
• Excellent knowledge of energy market dynamics and trends.

Mansioni

• Support governance and standardization of asset management processes.
• Manage O&M strategy implementation and evaluate performance metrics.
• Provide guidance to the global asset management team.
