Job summary

Etinars is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer for an international team in Rome, focusing on IT support for the space sector.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in user support, a strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, and a high level of English. The role involves direct user support, incident management, and contributing to IT projects within a structured environment, 4 days per week presence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience directly supporting users and performing hands-on technical tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 and user productivity tools.
• Experience in user, identity and device management using Active Directory and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user services and IT service delivery.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for standard and non-standard service requests.
• Document identified solutions in the Knowledge Database.
