IDLO seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join our Rome headquarters, enabling end-to-end recruitment across vacancies. You will support hiring managers, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with IDLO policies.

Required are a university degree in HRM or related field, 5+ years in talent acquisition, and fluency in French and English. Experience with ATS and international settings is essential; work will be performed on-site at IDLO HQ

Qualifications

• University degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in international organizations.
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English are required.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies in IDLO’s ATS and platforms.
• Screen applications against vacancy requirements and selection criteria.
• Prepare longlist and shortlist reports for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments; join interview panels when needed.
• Draft recruitment reports and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Provide regular updates to HR leadership on status and diversity of candidate pools.
