SumUp is seeking a hands-on Field Sales Territory Manager to lead and scale Field Sales across Emilia-Romagna, with Bologna as base. You will coach ~10 representatives, develop territory strategy, and drive merchant engagement in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Fluent Italian and English are required; travel across the region is daily. You’ll partner with central teams on incentives, ensure brand consistency, and deliver measurable performance.

• Solid experience in Field Sales, ideally in SaaS, digital products, or consultative selling.
• Previously managed field sales teams and led 10+ representatives.
• Highly results-driven in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
• Clear communicator, coach, and leader both in the office and on the field.
• Uses data to inform decisions and improve team performance.
• Knows the Emilia-Romagna business landscape and is willing to travel daily across the region.
• Proactive, problem-solving, growth-oriented.
• Speaks fluent Italian and English.

• Be active in the field, accompany your team on visits, support live sales situations, and drive results through direct engagement with merchants.
