Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Servicer Evaluations specialist in Lombardy to manage client relationships and prepare committee presentations that reflect servicer capabilities. You will analyze data, publish rankings, and collaborate with publishing, operations, and communications to ensure integrity and timeliness of rankings.

The role emphasizes analytical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining high standards of transparency and integrity in rankings across mortgage and loan

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, mortgage administration, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data accuracy and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client executives and staff to drive strategic communication and lasting relationships.
• Analyze client data to propose new rankings or changes aligned with market trends.
• Prepare committee presentations for timely, accurate ranking releases.
• Publish ranking rationales, market commentaries, and industry reports.
• Collaborate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing to ensure ranking integrity and timeliness.
• Maintain accuracy of internal systems supporting the rankings process.
