Job summary

IQ-EQ in Italy is seeking a Calculation Agent Analyst to support securitisation analysis and reporting. You will prepare Payment Reports, Investor Reports, and ESMA submissions, while gaining a deep understanding of assigned transactions and coordinating with counterparties.

You will design reporting templates, assist Master Servicer with Servicer Reports, and perform data calculations to support various business functions with a proactive, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering (or related quantitative field).
• Strong English language skills with financial terminology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue payment, investor, ESMA reports and other securitisation reporting.
• Understand assigned securitisation transactions and manage day-to-day Calculation Agent activities.
• Review transaction docs and discuss comments with counterparties/legal advisors.
• Design reporting templates and support Servicer reporting deadlines.
• Perform data calculations to support other business functions.
• Liaise with domestic/international investors and rating agencies.
