You will mentor analysts, shape analytical priorities, and collaborate with methodology teams to ensure consistent criteria. This role requires strong leadership and advanced data-driven research capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of credit analysis, financial research, or analytical leadership in financial services.
• Ability to translate complex developments into concise narratives for investors and regulators.
• Experience coaching analytical teams and building sector expertise.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary analytical spokesperson for Continental European financial institutions.
• Lead research on European banking trends and chair regional committees.
• Coach and mentor analysts to improve sector expertise and analytical capabilities.
