Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder confidence. This role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and offers remote work from Italy with flexibility.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and 5+ years of payroll experience, including proficiency in ADP, Workday, and SAP. A strong eye for detail and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.
