Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across EMEA. You’ll drive accuracy, regulatory compliance and harmonization while partnering with Payroll Manager- EMEA.

The role supports a remote work arrangement and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges EUR 45,950–63,350 with a 10% annual bonus potential and regionally aligned progression.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years in multi-country payroll environments.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls, ensure compliance with regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit payroll records including taxes and benefits.
• Support payroll system upgrades and harmonization across regions.
