Johnson & Johnson in Pomezia is seeking a Market Access Associate Director to lead the development and execution of market access strategies across EMEA, with primary responsibility for the IVL portfolio. You will drive cross-functional alignment and partner with regional stakeholders to secure favorable access and sustainable adoption.

The role involves shaping pricing strategies, reimbursement models, and value dossiers, while supporting regional growth and expansion opportunities.

Competenze

8–10 years’ experience in market access / HEOR (medical devices / cardiovascular preferred).
Led reimbursement submissions across multiple countries / markets.
Led cross-functional, matrixed teams and aligned stakeholders around access priorities.
Supported KOLs and senior leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital engagements.
Contributed to commercial strategy / business development initiatives in international markets.
Proficient in preparing and presenting health economics evidence.

Mansioni

Lead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA.
Partner with regional and country leadership to shape pricing, contracting and reimbursement models.
Drive BD opportunities across EMEA, including new markets and funding pathways.
Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, and value dossiers.
Develop and deploy market access tools; monitor reimbursement trends across EMEA.
Build relationships with payers, policy makers, providers, patient groups, and industry associations.
