Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Market Access leader for the EMEA region. The role focuses on developing and executing access strategies for the IVL portfolio, driving pricing, contracting, and reimbursement with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Competenze

8–10 years of experience in market access / reimbursement / HEOR in medical devices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align stakeholders around access priorities.
Experience supporting KOLs and senior leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital engagements.

Mansioni

Lead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA, aligned with global, regional and country objectives.
Partner with regional and country leadership to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models for IVL.
Drive business development by identifying market entry opportunities and translating access insights into expansion plans.
Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, and HEOR/RWE activities across priority markets.
Develop market access tools and monitor reimbursement trends to drive improvements.
Build relationships with payers, policymakers, providers, and patient groups across international regions.
