Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications & Public Affairs Manager, EP & Neuro, EMEA to join a dynamic CPA team. The role focuses on executing an integrated region-wide communications strategy, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting growth milestones across priority markets.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in communications within healthcare or regulated industries, strong writing skills, and a capability to work in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems (story posting, content creation, distribution channels, etc…).

Mansioni

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for the EP & Neuro BUs, aligned to growth priorities and milestones.
• Serve as a communications partner on key business communication initiatives, translating priorities into campaigns.
• Execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels in partnership with the regional CPA team.
• Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters, etc.) connected to communications initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations to align activities and approvals.
• Work with local external agencies and freelancers to maximize impact and delivery of campaigns.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for learnings.
