Berlin Packaging is seeking a Logistics Excellence Lead – EMEA to drive agile improvement and transformation across the region. You will coordinate cross‑functional projects, optimize WMS/TMS deployments and align IT with logistics needs.

With 4–6 years in logistics or related fields and a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset, you will partner with local teams to standardize processes and raise reliability. International travel is expected.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, process improvement or related fields.
• Experience managing projects in dynamic and international environments.
• Experience in logistics transformation or operational excellence initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to operations/supply chain consulting environments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate logistics improvement and transformation projects across EMEA.
• Support implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digitalization initiatives (WMS, TMS, document digitalization, etc.).
• Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities with local logistics teams.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate logistics-related system developments with IT and other functions.
• Drive process simplification, harmonization and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure effective project execution, stakeholder alignment and timely follow‑up of initiatives.
• Support the definition, implementation and monitoring of logistics KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Provide operational and system-related support to local logistics teams, including coordination of issue resolution, anomaly investigation and stakeholder alignment when required.
