Berlin Packaging is seeking an IT Enterprise Technical Support Manager to lead EMEA IT support teams and collaborate with Global IT functions. The role combines technical leadership with people management in a fast-growing packaging company.

The position focuses on driving self-service adoption, improving incident response, and aligning IT operations with corporate guidelines while managing budgets and supplier relationships across geographies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• ITIL and CISSP certifications desired.
• 10+ years in IT with 6+ years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Hands-on technical support background with leadership experience.
• Experience reducing escalations via proactive self-service models.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day IT end-user support across multiple geographies in the EMEA region.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual IT processes.
• Develop, implement and improve ITIL-aligned incident and change management.
• Publish KPIs and monitor ITSM performance to drive service quality.
• Oversee IT procurement, budgeting and vendor management.
