Berlin Packaging Group is seeking an IT Enterprise Technical Support Manager to lead EMEA IT support teams. The successful candidate will be a strong technical leader responsible for overseeing support functions, managing cybersecurity initiatives, and engaging in continuous improvement of IT services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM, at least 10 years of IT experience, and specific technical certifications. Fluent English is essential, with additional language proficiency being advantageous.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 6+ years in a technical supervisory role.
• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT auditing, SOX and PCI compliance.
