Berlin Packaging seeks a Logistics Excellence Lead – EMEA to drive logistics improvements and transformations across the region. You will coordinate projects, work with IT and local teams, and push standardization while supporting day-to-day operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in logistics or related fields, experience with WMS/TMS, and an engineering background. A hands-on, execution-focused mindset and travel across the EMEA region are expected.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, process improvement or related fields.
• Experience managing projects in dynamic and international environments.
• Experience in logistics transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to operations/supply chain consulting environments is a plus.
• Engineering background (Management Engineering or similar) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate logistics improvement and transformation projects across EMEA.
• Support implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digitalization initiatives (WMS, TMS, document digitalization).
• Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities with local logistics teams.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate logistics-related system developments with IT and other functions.
• Drive process simplification, harmonization and standardization initiatives.
• Provide operational and system-related support to local logistics teams and coordinate issue resolution.
