The role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, labour law, immigration and compliance, with hands-on involvement in recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll-related processes, and HR data integrity in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Competenze

  • 5-10 years of HR support experience in an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and local labor laws.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

  • Serve as trusted HR contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Deliver HR services in a customer-focused, responsive manner.

Role: EMEA Talent Operations Partner
Location: Vimercate, Italy
Job Description

In a fast-growing environment with high performance culture, Fortinet is looking for an HR Partner to support with our growing EMEA team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a growing, international, public traded company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR support and operations, labour law, international mobility & immigration, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while maintaining flexibility to support broader EMEA countries.
  • Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer-focused, responsive, and professional manner.
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll-related processes, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support HR operations by preparing and maintaining required documentation, reports, records, and employee correspondence.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local legal requirements and relevant international regulations across supported countries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, recommend enhancements, and support system optimization initiatives that enable business growth and scalability.
  • Coordinate and monitor immigration-related processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of required documentation.
  • Manage benefits enrollment activities and administration.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support to the wider EMEA HR team as required.
  • Contribute to regional and global HR projects, supporting the successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives and process improvements.
Skills
  • Fluent English and Italian (Spanish would be nice to have)
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication. Building trusting relationships with employees, managers and other stakeholders, including, facilitating effective communication across departments and other teams.
  • 5-10 years’ experience providing HR support in an international organization
  • Strong analysis/problem solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Strong and agile team player
  • Solid experience with HRIS information systems; excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability and multitasking. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as, onboarding, offboarding, operational tasks and employee engagement.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives and meet tight deadlines.

This role is governed by the applicable CCNL, including its classification, minimum salary levels and pay progression rules, and benefit. In line with EU pay transparency requirements, remuneration is determined based on objective factors, including the relevant National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), the specific job profile, and seniority level. The target gross annual salary (RAL - Retribuzione Annua Lorda) for this position is expected to range between €44,900 and €74,000. The exact salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and specific geographic location/work arrangements. We do not request or consider salary history at any stage of the recruitment process.
