Canonical is hiring a Regional HR Manager for the EMEA region to lead the HR function for Canonical across multiple countries. You will oversee the HR operations, employee relations, talent development, and engagement strategies, partnering with senior leaders to shape people initiatives in a remote-first environment.

You will drive cross-regional HR processes, ensure legal compliance across EMEA, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while coordinating training and development programs.

Qualificações

• HR experience leading regional initiatives within a technology business
• People management experience across regions
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in business English
• Experience in a remote-first organization
• Knowledge of employment law across EMEA
• Experience handling complex ER matters across jurisdictions
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year

Responsabilidades

• Lead Canonical's regional HR team
• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations
• Collaborate with the People team to create cross-regional processes
• Own talent development, succession planning, performance reviews, onboarding, culture and engagement
• Partner with senior managers on performance management, org design and workforce planning
• Coach people managers on employee relations across countries
• Support delivery of training and development programs
• Establish trusted partnerships with the regional business
• Drive DEI initiatives
• Design new policies and deliver global HR projects
• Present Canonical's HR practices at events
