Giunti Psychometrics is seeking an International E-commerce Specialist – EMEA to grow digital sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will help launch and scale international stores, focusing on B2C transactions and B2B lead generation, reporting to the Corporate E-commerce Director.

Based in Florence with hybrid working, you will manage catalogs, currencies, payments, and customer journeys while coordinating with Product Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance to meet local market needs.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience in the operational management of complex e-commerce platforms and projects.
• Skills in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, and budget management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and GA4.
• Ability to coordinate agencies, vendors, and different business functions.
• Analytical approach, autonomy, results orientation, and strong project management skills.
• English at least at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and launch of new stores on Magento/Adobe Commerce.
• Manage catalogs, content, languages, currencies, payments, and customer journeys.
• Develop proposals on assortment, pricing, promotions, and the commercial calendar with Product Marketing and Management.
• Coordinate Product Marketing and R&D on offerings and content, IT on technical aspects, and Legal and Finance on local requirements.
• Create scalable digital campaigns and localize them for different markets.
• Manage social media and campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn with agency support.
• Own direct targets for B2C revenue and B2B lead generation.
• Manage the area's budget with autonomy within guidelines.
• Analyze performance through GA4 and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer care to improve user experience.
• Contribute to process automation with tools like n8n.
