Giunti Psychometrics is seeking an International E-commerce Specialist - APAC to drive sales of digital products across Asia-Pacific markets. You will report to the Corporate E-commerce Director and help launch international stores with a B2C focus and B2B lead generation in mind.

The role covers multiple markets and requires strong digital marketing, analytics, and budget management skills, with a hybrid workspace based in Florence.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce across international markets.
• Experience managing complex e-commerce platforms and projects.
• Strong digital marketing, paid media, analytics and budget management skills.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and GA4.
• Ability to coordinate agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Mansioni

• Design and launch new Magento/Adobe Commerce stores.
• Manage catalogs, content, languages, currencies, payments, and customer journeys.
• Propose assortment, pricing, promotions, and calendar.
• Coordinate Product Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance on local requirements.
• Create scalable digital campaigns and localize them by market.
• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn with agency support.
• Own direct B2C revenue and B2B lead generation targets.
• Manage area budget with autonomy.
• Analyze performance via GA4 to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer care to improve user experience.
• Contribute to process automation using tools like n8n.
