Vertiv is seeking an experienced procurement professional to own the EMEA Fleet & Mobility category, driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and sustainability across multiple countries.

In this role you will develop category strategies, manage multi-country supplier relationships, lead complex negotiations, and support the EV transition within the fleet portfolio, while collaborating with HR, Finance, EHS, and Sustainability teams to deliver business objectives.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, including fleet, mobility, or complex services categories.
• Proven track record managing multi-country supplier relationships, sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Understanding of fleet industry dynamics, leasing models, IFRS 16, EV transition and telematics.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the EMEA Fleet & Mobility category strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability targets.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across vehicle leasing, fuel and EV charging solutions, telematics, and fleet services.
• Lead multi-country sourcing projects, contract negotiations, and framework agreements.
• Drive fleet policy harmonization while balancing regional consistency and local requirements.
• Support electrification roadmap and sustainability agenda for Vertiv's EMEA fleet portfolio.
• Partner with HR, Finance, EHS, and Sustainability teams to deliver objectives.
• Present fleet performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
