Vertiv is seeking an experienced procurement professional to own the EMEA Fleet & Mobility category, driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and sustainability across multiple countries.

In this role you will develop category strategies, manage multi-country supplier relationships, lead complex negotiations, and support the EV transition within the fleet portfolio, while collaborating with HR, Finance, EHS, and Sustainability teams to deliver business objectives.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, including fleet, mobility, or complex services categories.
• Proven track record managing multi-country supplier relationships, sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Understanding of fleet industry dynamics, leasing models, IFRS 16, EV transition and telematics.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. MBA, CIPS, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, including experience with fleet, mobility, or complex services categories.
• Proven success managing multi-country supplier relationships, sourcing projects, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of fleet industry dynamics, including leasing models, IFRS 16, EV transition, and telematics solutions.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

33 739€ to42 174€ gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
