Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc is seeking an Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy. The role is hybrid, with duties across EMEA and travel up to 70% to support customers, dealers and sales teams.

You will train customers, demonstrate machine control solutions, and work with GNSS and construction technologies. A technical degree is required, English and Italian are essential, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of machine control, surveying, geomatics or earthmoving experience.
• Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Solid technical foundation with hands-on problem solving.
• Good English and Italian language skills.
• Willing to travel across EMEA up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control.
• Support customers and dealers with technical challenges.
• Assist sales and product teams with pre- and post-sales activities.
• Visit customer sites across EMEA and work with GNSS and construction technologies.
