Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, is seeking an Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist. This hybrid role involves hands-on training, demonstrations, and supporting customers across EMEA with GNSS and construction technologies.

You will travel up to 70% of the time, collaborating with global teams while delivering technical training and pre-/post-sales support. Proficiency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction, or a related technical field.
• A technical degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on problem-solving with a solid technical foundation.
• Good communication skills and an interest in training and customer interaction.
• Very good English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA, potentially up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions.
• Support customers and dealers with technical and application-related challenges.
• Assist Sales and Product teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Work with advanced GNSS, positioning, and construction technologies.
• Collaborate with international teams and visit customer sites across EMEA.
