Job summary

Solventum, the health care solutions company, is seeking a Europe–Middle East–Africa Marketing Assistant and Event Coordinator to support the Health Information Systems business. Based in Italy with hybrid work, you will coordinate events, trade shows, internal meetings, and marketing programs across EMEA.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with about 2 years in event coordination or marketing operations, plus experience with CRM systems, marketing automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field with 2 years of experience in event coordination or marketing operations.
• Experience with trade shows, internal meetings, and regional marketing support is required.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events and external trade shows, including registration, booth logistics, vendor coordination, materials, and follow-up.
• Coordinate internal meetings and regional events for EMEA business leaders, including travel and meeting logistics.
• Support approximately seven marketers with administrative tasks related to campaigns, events, and vendor management.
