Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an EMEA Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with regional finance leaders, ensuring US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls across the EMEA region. You will guide policy application, perform control reviews, and report results to senior management.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external auditors, driving improvements, and supporting acquisitions. Expect 20–40% travel with a hybrid work model at Regal Rexnord locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA preferred.
• Extensive audit and internal controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with site and finance leaders across EMEA for internal control guidance.
• Perform reviews of internal controls and financial processes in EMEA.
• Evaluate processes to identify risk areas and recommend improvements.
• Assist with implementing new controls and policies.
• Share best practices with regional teams and controllers.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits.
• Lead balance sheet reviews for business units.
• Support control alignment for new acquisitions in EMEA.
• Work with Internal Audit to remediate deficiencies.
• Monitor statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and local entities.
• Travel 20‑40% as required.
