Sadhu, an international SaaS company serving the manufacturing sector, seeks a Senior Finance Consultant to lead the finance workstream on ERP implementations across EMEA. The role is remote-first based in Italy with occasional travel for projects, handling end-to-end delivery across 2–3 concurrent customer engagements.

You will own GL/AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, banking integration and tax, coach customers, and contribute to the knowledge base.

Competenze

• 5+ years implementing finance modules with ERP vendors/partners (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Epicor) across discovery, configuration, migration and go-live.
• Strong IT affinity and ERP exposure for accountants or tax consultants.
• Ability to absorb new product and regulatory contexts quickly.

• Finance-track delivery from discovery to handover to the customer’s finance team.
• Weigh costs, risks and value; scope gaps as additional work when needed.
• Lead key-user training and hypercare, supporting month-end close.
• Contribute to knowledge base and support pre-sales with customer signals.
