ASICS EMEA is seeking a Credit Control Team Lead to manage risk, collections and reporting within our Finance department. The role is located at one of our southern offices (Barcelona, Cuneo or Montpellier) and entails leading a multinational team, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, 5+ years in a similar role with team leadership, and strong SAP/analytics expertise, plus excellent stakeholder management and Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years in a similar role with international exposure.
• Minimum 2 years in people management, preferably remote.
• Experience in international credit collection and with large retail clients.
• Strong SAP and analytics experience (S/4HANA, BI/SAC) is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools.

Mansioni

• Lead credit control team; oversee risk assessment and collections.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics and Operations departments.
• Drive weekly credit management reporting and KPI tracking.
• Maintain internal controls; ensure SAP S/4HANA alignment and J-SOX compliance.
