Stryker is seeking a Brand Manager for Foot & Ankle in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will drive market share growth with strategic marketing plans, owning portfolio development and education strategies.

This role requires collaboration with local marketing teams and upstream initiatives, reporting to the Marketing Director of Extremities EMEA. The position offers hybrid work flexibility across multiple European locations and requires 8+ years in international marketing or brand

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years experience in international Marketing, Product/Brand Management or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills in English.
• Strong strategic-thinking, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• Learn portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Set annual and long-range brand/indication strategy to drive growth and market share.
• Create/distribute scalable assets, tools and campaigns for localization.
• Identify education and brand experience opportunities with Education Manager.
• Develop relationships with local marketers, sales professionals and customers.
• Create the Annual Marketing Plan for EMEA and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap.
• Forecast demand with country leadership and coordinate with supply chain.
• Lead product life cycle planning including launches and phase-outs.
• Analyze business performance and brand perception to guide actions.
• Develop KOLs for the brand and coordinate with Portfolio teams.
