Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will build an experienced sales organization, develop partnerships with surgeons and hospitals, and drive direct and indirect channels through a critical growth phase.

Based in Milan or northern cities, the role involves field-based work with 70–80% travel, and a base salary in the described range plus commissions and a full benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing.
• Minimum 3 years in people management.
• Experience in the medical device industry and operating room environments.
• Italian and English at C1 level.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team across direct and indirect channels, setting clear objectives and building a performance-focused culture.
• Own regional commercial performance, including sales targets, forecasting, pipeline development, and execution against annual financial objectives.
• Develop and execute regional business plans to grow existing accounts, acquire new customers, and expand the Extremities portfolio across North and Central Italy.
• Build strategic relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, hospital decision-makers, procurement teams, distributors, agents, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple clinical and commercial stakeholders, maintaining visibility of opportunities from initial engagement through implementation.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, customer, and market data to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement targeted actions to improve results.
• Develop organisational capability by supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and ongoing development of team members.
• Lead the team through business and organisational change while partnering cross-functionally to maintain customer service, commercial execution, and employee engagement.
