Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Visualization business. You will guide a team of professionals across Brand, Product Management and Sales Enablement, drive strategic marketing plans, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve growth and market-share objectives.

You will build relationships with customers, thought leaders and stakeholders, manage branding and messaging, and shape regional product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies in a dynamic,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in international marketing/brand management in MedTech/healthcare.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English, able to operate in a matrix organization.

Mansioni

• Define and execute annual and long-range marketing strategy for the EMEA Visualization business.
• Lead a team of ~4 direct and ~9 indirect reports; coach and grow talent.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities.
• Develop relationships with industry thought leaders and customers to capture insights.
• Oversee regional product life cycles including launches and phase-outs.
• Drive market access, government affairs, and health-economics initiatives.
