Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will build an experienced sales organization, strengthen surgeon and hospital partnerships, and manage both direct and indirect channels through a pivotal growth phase.

Responsibilities include regional planning, forecasting, and execution of sales targets, plus leadership in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 5 years in sales and/or marketing roles
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Experience in medical device industry and operating room environments
• Proficiency in Italian and English (C1)
• Experience with CRM and MS Office applications

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team across direct and indirect channels.
• Own regional commercial performance: sales targets, forecasting, pipeline, and execution.
• Develop and execute regional business plans to grow accounts and expand Extremities portfolio.
• Build strategic relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital decision-makers, procurement, distributors, agents.
• Manage complex sales cycles across clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Develop organizational capability through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead the team through change, ensuring customer service and engagement.
