Stryker is seeking an experienced Brand Manager for Foot & Ankle to drive market share growth across EMEA. You will craft strategic marketing plans, manage launches, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

You will lead regional product life cycles, develop KOLs, and coordinate with Portfolio and Local Marketing teams to deliver a comprehensive annual plan and multi-year roadmap.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in international Marketing, Product/Brand Management or related.
• Experience in MedTech, BioTech or related industries preferred.
• Ability to lead/managet marketing projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Set annual and long-range brand/indications strategy to achieve growth, profit and market share targets.
• Create/distribute scalable assets, tools, campaigns and best practices for localization.
• Identify education and brand experience opportunities for internal and external audiences.
• Develop strong relationships with local marketers, sales teams and key customers.
• Lead the Annual Marketing Plan for EMEA and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap.
• Forecast demand with country leadership and partner with supply chain.
